Why should I #exercise and why now?



These are questions that many people wrestle with on a daily basis. I'm healthy why do I need to exercise or even better why start today it's a Wednesday and I need to go sock shopping so I'll wait.


"Everyday you wait is another day you won't get back."

You can always wait to start on your fitness journey but I'm going to give a few reasons to start now!


Here’s why you should start today:

  1. #Goals take time, the sooner you start the sooner you accomplish said goals.

  2. You're worth it!

  3. It can relieve #stress. Stress is linked to many health conditions including anxiety.

  4. Eliminate certain medications. Some Medications have terrible side effects, eliminate them to...

  5. #Feel Better
