
1.) Small Victories- Don't try to do too much too soon. If you try and do too much you run the risk of injury and burning yourself out before your goals are accomplished.
2.) Seek Help- If you don't know what youre doing don't be ashamed to seek help. You'll see results much quicker if you are working out correctly. Not mention improper form is a leading cause of injury.
3.) Don't Forget the Kitchen and the Bedroom- It's great that you're starting a new exercise program but you can't forget about the Kitchen. Exercise is a key to getting in shape but you will not get results without good nutrition and plenty of rest.
4.) Throw Away the Scale- In truth you may not have to acctually throw your scale away but you should definitely ignore it, especially in the beginning. Muscle takes up less space than fat which translates to weight gain. The best way to guage progess is how you feel and how do your clothes fit. At least when you firdst start out.
5.) Belevie in yourself- The fact is the biggest hurdle to overcome is believing the seemingly insurmountable goal you've placed in front of yourself is possible. The truth is, it IS!
